Setting sail from Cagliari

A sailing cruise in southern Sardinia on a sailboat. We start from Cagliari, where we embark in the morning. This route allows you to freely choose the preferred type of vessel: sailboat or catamaran. We sail towards Villasimius (18M/N). After a long break for a refreshing swim or a lunch on board, we decide whether to continue or stop near Porto Giunco. In the evening, you can go ashore and visit this splendid corner of Sardinia.

Porto Corallo in southern Sardinia

We wake up in the crystal-clear waters of Sardinia and after breakfast on board, we proceed towards Porto Corallo (distance 19M/N) to anchor in the most suggestive bay or on a beach where you can go ashore and sunbathe. A day available for excursions at sea or on land; exploring the seabed and enjoying a sunset aperitif. The night is spent under the stars, to fully appreciate this magnificent sailing cruise in southern Sardinia, on a sailboat or catamaran.

Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese

Heading north to reach Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese (28M/N). We anchor in Ogliastra, a magnificent stop where you can savor the colors of this enchanted island. Long swims in azure waters and plenty of relaxation on board, with snacks and aperitifs. The sailing vacation in southern Sardinia treats us to a splendid night in Arbatax or Santa Maria Navarrese.

In the Gulf of Orosei

Continuing further north, we sail to reach the Gulf of Orosei. We explore Cala Goloritzè or Cala Sisine (6M/N). Here we discover the most beautiful beaches and bays of southern Sardinia on a sailboat. The splendid Cala Luna (distance 3M/N), the world-famous beach known for its wild nature and rocky cliffs that border the white sand. Or Cala Gonone (3.5M/N), where the sea has sculpted the mountain, creating caves along the shore. It’s hard to leave this natural spectacle! The night here will have a magical feel.

Southern Sardinia and Porto Ottiolu

An exciting awakening and a refreshing morning dive! We set off early to visit other Sardinian bays with countless beauties: La Caletta (22M/N). After a splendid day in crystal-clear waters, we head towards Porto Ottiolu (7.5M/N). A delightful marina and a village to explore on land await us. It will be time to think about souvenirs or taste typical Sardinian products. The sailing cruise in southern Sardinia continues amidst the wonders of the sea; we will decide together whether to sleep in a bay or stay in the port for the night (any decision regarding this is subject to weather conditions).

Porta Capecciolo and the islands of Molara and Tavolara

Our vacation in southern Sardinia on a sailboat continues. It’s time for Porta Capecciolo, which offers many sheltered and paradisiacal bays where we can anchor safely. We continue our navigation along the northeastern coast of Sardinia and the islands of Molara and Tavolara. Two islands that offer enchanting scenery (navigation distances of 5M/N). Here we will spend the last day of our sailing cruise in southern Sardinia. The next morning, we will disembark at the port of Cannigione.

For those who wish to continue their vacation in the seas of Sardinia, we recommend visiting the northern coast, even reaching Corsica. An optimal solution is a one-week cruise in the Maddalena Archipelago.
